The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re improving regulations on immovable property relations)

The bill (Reg. No. 2049a) suggests improve relations connected with the payment carried out to state authorities and local self-government authorities for providing extract from the State Register of Rights and also relations connected with conducting the state registration of proprietary rights to immovable property.

The Law “On State Land Cadastre” is supplemented with a new norm.
